Yeah they always cahrge import duty, I had a chat with them as they sponsor a couple of my friends in the states and they put a much lower figure on the package so I got charged much less on import duty.

I was searching for some speakers to go into the standard mount bracket.
Plumped for the JBL GTO628 in the end as the diameter is the closest to the original speaker that i could find in a 6/6.5" speaker.
The tweeter is pretty much flush with the speaker cover when it goes into the car but it doesnt effect them at all, they sound amazing compared to the 21 year old paper speakers that were in the car

I had to modify the bracket a little of course but it only took me around 30 mins to sort it out for a good fitment.

£29 from Halfords. damn good price too.

Front bumper now fitted/positioned....gottta bend/straighten the front bumper bar for a better fit.

Suspension goes on tomorrow so fingers crossed I will get it back on Thursday

Thats the plan, getting tax sorted today. even if I dont have time to get the parts fitted (a mate is supposed to fit them today while I am at work) I will drive it up there as is.

Tax sorted for 12 months, suspension went on today without too many problems, hoping to find the time to do disks Pad and exhaust ready for Friday....???...It might just happen in time for JAE

It looks slammed in this picture but the drop is only 35mm.....looks more due to a little technical hitch were my mate effed up haha

when the wheels go on tomorrow I will get some more pictures, hopefully I will have time to fit the HKS exhaust on....bloody hope so.

What suspension kit is it mate? Sits nice.

You know the osr shock is fitted back to front? The captive nut should be on the other side.

Yep that is one of the cock ups that needs resolving tomorrow.

Smudgy foggy picture of the car......will take a better one either tonight or tomorrow.
Either way it will be at JAE this weekend

few bits still need doing but its ready for the weekend.
