F*in Awesome car!
Re: few pics of my turbo 4g
Meant to ask - what tubing did you use for making the manifold ? Specification wise.
All the yank forums say to use schedule piping, but from what I see that isn't available here. I'm not sure what the direct translation is for what you could buy off the shelf here. ie: quoting some sort of gas or water piping.

I used sch40 stainless, easily available over here just look on google, there's loads of metal specialist sell it by the bend or 500mm straight.nominous wrote:Meant to ask - what tubing did you use for making the manifold ? Specification wise.

It's looking like I'm going to JAE, first static show I've done for a long time.

Looking cool, apart from imo, the unpainted carbon.

Re: few pics of my turbo 4g
Why would you have carbon, and then paint it to look standard?

Re: few pics of my turbo 4g
Not saying there is anything wrong with the carbon, its just personal taste, but for me I'd buy carbon parts because they save weight and paint it because imo it looks nicer.turbo_matty wrote:Why would you have carbon, and then paint it to look standard?
I'll be getting a carbon fibre bonnet for my 260Z but it will definitly be getting painted.

Re: few pics of my turbo 4g
Fair enough. Just seems strange, you might aswell get fibreglass instead.
