Is it possible to remove studs without removing hubs too? Havent got time to check atm

probably mate, once youve got the caliper, pad carrier and disc out the way it just depends on their being enough space between the hub and suspension arm. I havnt done one on a 4G yet is why I cant say for sure, but on other cars ive never had to remove a hub to change a wheel stud. Good luck

Had one break on our 4G race car so decided to replace all eight and yes had to take the hub out, expect the outer bearing race to come with it but can be refitted if you are careful.

Ok, how much you think a set of bearings (front) would be? decent ones (skf etc.). Also, how much for another set of hubs?

They are ball bearings so I was able to put them back together, competant mechanic should be able to. The VT bearings are about £80 each , don't know honda's price and they are tricky to locate as pattern ones, only listed in one catalogue. Any probs get back to me.

I dont mind putting bearings together, aouwld just rather change them while the opportunity is there. wouldnt be vt, would be 1616. i havent even looked yet so ill have a search cheers civicracer
