Cheers mate :top: Need to swap the lambda from the 5zigen today and swap it with one from my standard mani. The one that was in when i bought it was 4 wire, mine are single. Hopefully they will place nicely and come out without breaking and too much of a fight. Then i'm off to mates to change the map (ignition is way out on the b16 map) and fan wiring.

Started about 10am friday, running around picking up the block, some tools from mate, engine crane etc then started work about 1ish. Finished on sunday just after dinner time then spent the rest of the day in bed lol.

It's pissing down up here at present so it's halted work on getting it 100%

Cheers lads, nice to see the effort rewarded :)

It's not running very well.. I say that, it idles perfectly, revs fine etc but driving it there is a miss fire. At present I'm hoping it's to do with the map. The map that's on is a very agressive map for a b16, has a lot of ignition advance and heavy fueling etc, I should know by the end of tomorrow anyway.

On it's maiden voyage it pops a drive shaft out  Popped out from gearbox, which was strange i thought, could have sworn it was seated properly. I had a jack and a few tools in the boot but no success at trying to get it back in. Just waiting for a freind to come tow me home and I'll go from there.

Drive shaft just wasnt it properly, it's all sorted now

Cars been mapped and is runnings really well, although didn't go like it should have it just made a lot of noise. After a little bit of investigation the exhaust cam timing is one tooth out. I couldnt use the cam covers to lock the cams in place because the standard b16 covers timing lock out dont match up with the ITR cams. I've got hold of some from an ITR now so they'll be going on tomorrow and time it up again.
