I designed this wiring diagram after realising that nodoby actually knows how to do this, so some testing and wire cutting and stuff, here's how it goes.
You basically need to chop into the loom just before it goes into the ECU. The big green connector on the ECU is A, black next to it is B and the one furthest away is C.
Where it just says "Green wire" it means to splice into the wire, not cut it and solder the green wire onto the connection, this is generally for sensors such as throttle position and RPM.
Where I say to cut the wire it means cut the wire in two and solder the corresponding wire into each end.
The blue wire is a funny one as you cut it and just solder it to the ECU side and leave the loom side wire cut (and taped).
Make sure you DISCONNECT THE BATTERY before attempting any of this.

100% this does ork, I held the torch whilst we wired this in. Nice work Ellis, just elaborate on the initial stages and this is a great how to.

Will this work for my ef vt.
Re: How to - Wire a VAFC into an OBD0 PW0 ECU
Sorry for being dumb what does VAFC mean or what is it??
Re: How to - Wire a VAFC into an OBD0 PW0 ECU
It's a VTEC air flow converter... technically like a little on the go mapping tool. You CAN adjust your air / fuel ratio but it's better working as changing when your VTEC kicks in.
