Have you confronted him about the supposed injury? Ask him to get a note from his GP to confirm the injury and tell him you'll fight it all the way, there's no way a tiny shunt will cause whiplash unless he's made of bolsa wood - and tell your insurance company he's taking the piss. I can't stand people like that, sounds like he's been waiting to do this so he can milk the compensation.

Thats life for ya ppl will do anything for some extra dollars

Going through insurance is a big mistake even if you pay the guy for his car and an extra couple of hundred on top its worth it

Ma uncle had a lil bump in his Q7 and manz gone through insurance and our insurance was £5K this year next year it will be around £7 to £8K so losing a £100 is better than losing £1000

Hope it works out for you buddy would be intrested in manifold PM me :top:

I might contact mine and see if they don't have to claim against mine though not sure if they can having registered the accident with them now.
Mine has lots of niggly bits wrong with it, bushes, shocks are gone, needs new rta's, upper control arms and new ball joints and now new bumper wing headlight and windscreen. I don't really want it to go but there's a lot of things needed done to it. I would have liked to keep it out of the insurance but when the c@nt mentioned sore back and neck I just had to contact them.
Where are you braking your civic am Glasgow?

You can still contact your insurers and cancel the claim and tell them its been resolved amicably without the need for their services and your policy should be unaffected. If he's no longer being a little pussy then I'd contact them, cancel the claim and give him a few £100 to fix his scratches.

And then kick him in the balls.
