http://www.askmid.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; will tell you if it is insured or not, but not the company. But now you have to pay for it... :(
On the plus, if you claim ON HIS INSURANCE then you can add it to the bill

there was some paint and rubber on the lips, which rubbed off, luckily they escaped un damaged.... which is good seeing as they are the only really nice visible part(s) on the car!!

i would report it to the police, even if he isnt insured, they will follow they procedures,
let your insurance know aswell,
depends on what cover you have?
fully comp/ 3rd party FT / 3rd party only???

if your fully comp then they will handle it, but if your 3rd/PFT or 3rd/PO, then they wont pay anything.

things made even complicated if hes not insured, it will go through MIB.

I have a friend who specilises in insurance non-fault accident,
if you want i can ask him to call you and give you some advice,
he is based in Midlands.

kind of got over the anger of the accident now! still haven;t seen the guy again, maybe he's stopped driving or maybe he's dead, who knows?!

in other news, Quarry breakers (paignton) were wrong about there being two EF 4 doors in the yard... there wasn't even one, there were however two EF 3 door hatchbacks.... and they were both nearly badly damaged with near enough nothing salvagable!!!

so a wasted journey, slightly more pissed off and car still looks a freakin state!

gonna get onto repairing the door, which won't be too bad, and the plastic trim, which might be a bit more challenging!!

engine swap should be going ahead this weekend :D
