I want to fit bigger brakes to the rear of 16v whats needed ?
Searched but could not find any threads I know there must be a few

Probably because he's upgraded the front and wants to reset the brake bias.
Anyway, the answer to the question is that you need some MG ZS 180/ZR 160 carriers.
You can then bolt up your exisiting calipers to bigger 262mm discs, or you can fit MG calipers with the larger piston.
If you want to fit the larger piston calipers, you'll need a 1" master cylinder.
