S2000 Red Civic VT
S2000 Red Civic VT
So ive had this car quite a few months and really thought i should start a build up thread so here goes...
Bought the car from Sir-Cue in October and it never seems to stop me smiling
Here's how it stood when i recieved it!
Need to get onto my other computer for the pics
First thing on the list was to get my wheels swapped over to the Buddy Clubs P1's which are going to be resprayed bronze soonish.
Next was a payment to MeisterR for their "BigBrake" kit which i would recommend.
I then noticed that car was catching in second and third at high RPM. Took it to the garage for a gearbox re-con as is now sorted. Didnt like the cost though .
Picked up a set of Spoon ingition leads for a bargain so couldn't resist . Sorry for the poor quality .
My SRS G55 arrived after a long wait so had it custom made with a JDM angle yo!
Had some more goodies arrive from a friend at Ginetta .
Had a bit of a field day at the Tegiwa Day spending over a £1000
Consisting of a Stage 2 Clutch, fidanza lightened flywheel, BC racing coilovers, Tegiwa Racespec shifter (with the only 1 of 2 gear knob ) and then a few little bits like socks, tilter, annodised nuts etc.
These lil minx's will be on as soon as my Function 7 Lower control arms arrive from 12tune
Ordered myself an AEM Short Ram Induction kit from Hond-R which im quite pleased with the gains .
Oh and i recently fitted these which arn't too bad for the price.
Other than the above ive just got a few little nigly bits that i will be doing soon:
Refurb the window wiper arms as they're a bit S*!t.
Wire in the third brake light.
Re-do the red pinstripes along with giving the plastics a good going over.
Been dreading writing this up as i left it while and had alot of stoooof to put up.
Will keep up to date from now on with modifications
