Hi folks,
My brother is looking after the car at the moment and has already got a few things done while at work
Wheel bearing is now fixed but theres possibly another one on its way out!
He's had a bash at panelbeating on the wing and has done a better job than he expected with it so thats a bonus considering i thought it was scrap.
Just a quick question though, we want to drill the airbox but we are unsure how far we need to go with this.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
Chaz

Hey man
dont you think that with so many large holes it will suck more warm air from the engine bay than from the front? A bit counter productive, more air but warmer, hmmm.. Some holes would be advantageous but too many and the greater the warm air. What you think mate?

With carbs it doesnt matter that much if it was fue injection you'd probably loose power, but carbs arent really affected by heat so the more air the better.
It will be better explained in the carb tips and trix thread in engine piece

Right you are!
In general this is a very friendly place.
A mate of mine has a DC2 and is on the itr-dc2 forum and ive found that people on there are so elitist. You ask for help and people just take the piss.
All the more reason to go 4g
Peace
