Didn get much done over the last few days, have the tank and lines in and tidied away along with the rear loom and a cable for battery re-location, started on the hubs and all today, got the passenger side off completely, got stumped on the driver side track rod end castle bolt, got f**ked when trying to get it off so now i need a grinder :lol: hopefully tomorrow il have the engine ready to come out along with the b16a ready to go in!! wish me luck :lol:

Im having the same problem
Cant get the fucking drive bolt off...
Only thing stopping me getting the d13 out :evil:

drive bolt as in hub nut?? just disconnect the lca from the subframe, disconnect the upper control arm, dislodge the shaft from the gearbox and pull the whole lot out as one :D thats the way i done it :lol:

Update: ITS IN have the b16a in and the wiring loom threaded into the bay, still S*!t loads to do but getting there, should have the majority done by friday i hope, still need a TPS but hopefully the 1 thats in it will do til i get one!

So ihave the b16a in and settled, wiring loom is all back in, engine is all plugged in brake booster and mc are in, basically everything but the rad is back in the engine bay and some of the air vent units are back in behind the dash,

Ya grinch, hopefully some time over the wknd!! still need a throttle positioning sensor though!! Their Innovative Colin!!

So todays update: (Sorry forgot the camera again :oops:)

not really got much done, rest of the stuff behind the dash is in, ecu is in, rad is half in, both subframes are in and drivers side hub is half in!!

Tips:

take off the front engine mount before ya put the rad in :oops:

put in the rear subframe before ya put on the linkages :oops:

remember to drill the hole for the exhaust sensor, havent done this yet thankfully the linkages are still out!!

will get pics next time i get a chance to go at it which probably wont be till monday :cry:
