sedan take 2

Post by ash d-series »

Dont think i ever made a project thread for my last sedan but i have a new one now. I missed my other one so much that my girlfriend bought me one for by birthday :D
It seems to be in fairly good condition apart from a faded wing and rusty arch. It did have a few other troubles like sun visors wouldnt stay up, bent aeriel, cracked indicator but thanks to perfectionist there all sorted now.
Heres a few pics of what it looks like at the moment

Well ive got some gmax shocks and springs for it but im gonna be using it for work for the next couple of weeks and theres no chance il get to where i need to be with it lowered so it will have to wait until i have another works car to replace it.
The main plans for it at the monment it to just tidy it up and bring it upto scratch then maybe an integra d16 or a d16a9 with a manual conversion as its an auto

so a few little updates
started out with tinting the headlights black

before and after pics

Jdmed the rear bumper
Image
fitted some ultra white number plate bulbs
Image
and then set to spraying both front and rear bumpers black, debadged the back and painted the corners and indicators amber
Image

Image
also fitted the gmax shocks and springs but they where meant for a hatch so the springs seem to have jacked it up more especially at the front so need to get some proper springs for it

so started last weekend by repainting a set of 14" rover steels that have been sat outside my garage for about a year

fitted a set of concerto rear mud flaps

Then set to lowering it
