ok ill order a couple then if these are the right ones. How long roughly to do each side? Dads a mechanic, so if i tell him the rough time it mite persuade him to do it for me

Back in my days on the spanners I done so many of these for MOT's that I eventually found that they can be done in no more than 15 mins per side. If you have use of a ramp you don't need to take the arm off, remove the two bolts either side of the bush, remove the bolt for the small rear tracking arm and then the arm will pull down with enough clearance to bash the bush out with a hammer just like the chap in the video. Just remember to mark the position of the bush and the rear tracking arm
