Well its actualy me thats done all his mods for him cause i'm a mechanic, He buys um, I fit um! 
Not alot of folk belive the times but i'll scan the time slip from Crail Raceway if u want!
Full 3" mongose exhaust including de-cat
Custom CAI
Vtec controller(set to stock for 1/4)
Iridium plugs
Split fire leads
Chiped ECU(god knows what type it is, he bought it off the net & i soldered it into a spare ECU for him)
Koni adjustables(set to full stiff for launching)
Stock 15" wheels with 195/50/15 Toyo Proxes
Octane booster Adative & spare wheel,jack & tools removed form boot!
Thats pretty much it for things that would increase 1/4 time-quite a few other mods aswell that don't really affect 1/4 times! & theres still other things awaiting fitment!
70mm throttle body with matched & polished manifold
Mugen 4-1 exhaust manifold
Lightened & balanced pulley set
Probably more lying round that i can't remember off hand!
