I have lots of dot 4 brake fluid knocking about and was going to bleed/change fluid this weekend. But after reading the manual it says use Dot3 only.
Is dot 4 just the more updated version of dot 3? or is it adviced to find some dot 3.
its a 16valver by the way
the longer I own the 4g the harder it is to let go!

thought so, as I've never seen dot 3.
Used dot 4 before, ill use that again then
the longer I own the 4g the harder it is to let go!

Yep, DOT4 is just a "better" DOT3 fluid, so just replace all the fluid with the DOT4 you got.
