daz on here can tune it for you, drop him a PM
i tuned my civic and it was quite easy really, but it costs alot in parts. you need a socketed ecu, ostrich, datalogging serial to usb converter, wideband air/ fuel gauge and sensor. then you need to create a basemap (ng62 i would go for) and use the excel 'basemapper duluxe' to create your fuel and igintion tables.

i found turbo edit great for working on the D16a9. its tricky to get it all working together, and you'll also want the tracer 'plug in' on turbo edit so that when your fine tuning your map you can see what areas of the map are being used in relation to you A/F read outs.
theres alot to read about and understand if your going to try it yourself. plus non of this touches on the ignition tuning side of things.
thats more than enough info to help you out and start you in the right direction. good luck!
oh and when it comes to the ecu its easy to solder it yourself. i used a sewing needle and a 3 quid iron and it worked perfectly. get the socket from maplin for about a quid tops.
