Yeah, I have a Cusco One, but it doesn't fit with the 4-1 Manifolds :x Which sucks because its very good.

Manifold looks good. loads of ground clearance!!!!
It does look good, but I am now worried I may not be able to get into the drive or into Uni over the speed bump (more like mountains  )

It's a lot of hassle to change the manifold, its a pita taking the radiator out everytime. At least I should only have to do it once more.

I've not really had a chance to test it properly, but it does seem to feel slightly different, I'll test it properly tomorrow.

After some use I can say you do notice a difference with the beaks bar, definitly improves the feel in corners and I am sure I can feel more grip from the front end too.

Got my Bosses Added:

Got it wrapped and put a bung in the spare o2 sensor location at the collector. Took me a long time to wrap it, probably the hardest manifold I've had to wrap.

You are right about his welding.

Thanks Lads, glad you like the wrap job, I spent ages doing it to make sure I got it just right. I'd have liked to do it slightly different at the bottom, but the pipes are so close together it made it impossible to wrap them individualy.

The welds are spot on, thats why I always use the same chap, some of the welding he does is like artwork in itself.

Thanks, no, I think this colour goes best with my car, looks smart but doesn't stand out too much, black wouldn't have looked right either with my colours. Other that White, Black, Natural and sometimes grey what other colours are there?

Hopefully, but the problem is I won't be in all day, don't know what they'll do then, I'll go mad if they send it to Belfast (about 1.5 hrs drive each way)

IMO it will take about 2 weeks of daily driving for this exhaust to give it's final and intended tone.

Once it has settled it will sound awesome, mine sounds like a motorbike with vtec on WOT 8)

No bother about getting it made for you, thats what we are here for right, to help one another? :D
