Bugger!
Had qualified really well too!
Anyway, anyone got a rear VT bumper? or does a 16 16 one fit? I'm not too bothered about the look as long as it fits and is in reasonable nick.

I think when I missed a gear it allowed a couple of cars to just get a nose in. It was the yellow and blue fiesta that hit me. He apologised straight away afterwards. He's a good racer and 99.9% very clean, just a bit of bad luck I think.nick_civic wrote:S*!t man. i dont get how that just happened?
nice civic btw.

I like your video's, always well put together
Oh, I also got chance to weigh the civic at the weeked. All fueled up and ready to race it weighed 772 kg's. I was quite pleased with that and there's still a little weight that can be removed me thinks.

Yep, I was a bit suprised too, I was expecting it to be nearer 850kg's. It has poly side windows, I've still got to put the hatch one in though.Tahir wrote:I agreeCRXScoobs wrote:Unlucky bud.

772kgs is rather light aswell for a civic
I will probs weigh it somewhere else as well at some point, just to make sure.

Not sure, I would of thought they'd have to be as some race series have minimum weight requirements. Maybe I've read them wrong!EE9 CVC wrote:Thats bad luck, but at least the damage wasn't too bad.
772kgs is crazy light Are you sure the scales were accurate?
Hehe, no worries, that was the intended effect!morris wrote:Although it must be a nightmere buying new parts but I'm going to have to say I laughed... A lot... when the Who kicked in.

you handled the steering wheel well after you'd been knocked.Captain_Crustacean wrote:Not sure, I would of thought they'd have to be as some race series have minimum weight requirements. Maybe I've read them wrong!EE9 CVC wrote:Thats bad luck, but at least the damage wasn't too bad.
