can we camp on the spot again? like at mersea? didnt like the idea of the Peterborough with designated camping spots miles from your "pride and joys".

also, how about setting up a donation fund? towards a gazeabo? or how about our own generator we can have on 24/7??? (Remembering when streaker tried to sabotage the lexus owners generator, good times!)

Ill put a few notes in the pot!

Was it the MR2 owners club next to us that had the generator.. It was like a country and western all nighter :? Very odd... and they had prizes aswell I think... in fact I think we did ourselves proud. I had a walk round all the other clubs a few times. They seemed to be partying it up, talking to anybody who showed a slight interest in their cars.

Then you walked round the corner to our stand, and you got streaker drowning in booze propped up in his civic, 50 empty tea cups and the whole club falling asleep in the middle :D

Hopefully have a turbo up and running for this year 8)

Have to buy a bigger tent this time, cant be sleeping in the back of the car again, can I?

We'll have to think up some competitions................

Best originality,
Best modified,
Worst bodywork,
loudest at 3k rpm,

I'm not a great fan of ice, but should be in there.

How about a 4G cocktail bar ? Keep me off that cider :P

Robbed off CRX-UK
To reserve your plot you will need to complete a Club Stand Reservation form and send it in with payment. To reserve a stand is simple, you need to estimate the number of cars you will bring and also the amount of camping space you require. There is additional camping available away from the club stands but, if you want to pitch near your cars you will need to book this space also. Unlike 2008 we will have marked out separate areas for camping and parking. You WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to pitch tents on your club parking area except E-Z-Ups/gazebos and other club marequees etc. This is to prevent people erecting tents and blocking others in.

Car spaces are charged at £1 per vehicle
Camping space is charged at £20 per 20mx20m area

Allocation of plots is on a first come first served basis so if you want to have the best pitch please complete your forum and send it in early. Please try and forecast as best you can but if there are changes we can accept them up to 1 September so don't feel you have to get it exactly right first time.
No Camping next to cars like at mersea

Say, 20-25 Cars? £25
4x4m per tent (20 Cars = 20 Tents?) - £80 (80x80m)

£105

Anyone have some fundraiser ideas?

Also Stolen from CRX-UK
SInce 2007 we have offered advanced purchase tickets at a discount and child tickets at a discount. This makes it easier to manage on the gate and quicker for everyone involved, both the gate/security staff and for you waiting to get in. So for 2009 we have expanded that and are now offering child entry AT NO FEE and the discount for advanced tickets is now increased to £5. As well as this, those attending on Thursday for set up MUST HAVE A TICKET to make it easier for us to manage and for us to forecast how many people will be arriving early. The entry price is the same regardless of whether you styay for four days or just one day. You will be allowed to enter and leave the site at any time during the event. So the prices per person are as follows:

ADULT ADVANCED TICKET £20 (booked through car clubs)
CHILDREN UNDER 14: NO FEE (as long as accompanied by an adult)
TICKETS ON THE GATE £25
Their Idea was £25 per person (£20 for Ticket, £5 to cover Camping and Car Spot)
1988 RT4WD Shuttle - Supercharged, VTEC Swapped Track Toy.
1988 RT4WD Shuttle - Lifted Daily Beater.

So I won't even be able to sleep in the SMX?

That's the main reason I bought it
