yes you are correct thats why you want it by the tank. have you left it running long enough to push the air out and i would advise to locate it where the oem fuel filter is and have an inline filter under the bonnet.

I've now completed my Carb'd Mini-Me Conversion, its running well, would just like to see what sort of Timing i should put into the dizzy with the timing light.......

i think its 16 deg Bedford tdc with 2 deg each way to play with. When i set mine with a light it ran like poo. Its just a trial and error job. Adjust and drive until you have no flat spots and it preforms at its best

Yeah, i'd heard 16 btdc.....i'll see mate, i think ya right...it will just be trial and error......Cheers bud.

can you do this with an Aussie D15b4 engine with auto choke carbs?

This sounds like a good idea alright now man! good stuff.. :) Was thinking about it before but never went ahead with it in an eg.. might try this now, have the d15v dual carb myself and was just thinking D15b JDM head? Any good to do this with?

yes mate you can use the d15b vtec head and it will be fine. if it is an auto d15b head they have the best standard vtec cam

you can use ANY D series pistons
