Engine and box is in, but has no flywheel or clutch! Say Waa?! Im hoping to have the wagon trailered to JAE for me this year so it can be on the 4GUK Stand. I also need to do some mock up work with the PAS lines, Brake lines etc. So engine will be coming back out after JAE to finish that up.

So a minor issue i had before was with the power steering high pressure hose. With the charger the hose was too short, i had to bend the hardline on the subframe to get it to clear - even then it chafing on the charger. So i need to extend it.

being stubborn, i want to use AN Fittings rather than some functional hose from Pirtek...

So heres is the high pressure outlets from the pump.

Taped to 1/4" BSP

1/4" BSP to -6 Earls fitting.

How the hardline...-5 Tube nut and sleeve, with correct flare.

Then using a -5 to -6 Adapter, Running -6 Earls Braided PAS Line. Easy Peasy!

Not far from the original plans..

I don't think it's a good idea you painted the hub face where the disc is mounted. You should grind the paint down.

After another afternoon on the Wagon, todays task was cleaning the inside aswell as removing the rest of the interior. upon removing the rear cargo boxes revealed yet more rust, i was expecting to find rust - Luckily it isn't as bad as i thought it might of been, All is fixable! there is some more rust in the rear side storage pockets i have not posted any pictures off, mainly because they are irrelevant, as the rear storage pockets and spare wheel well will be cut out and flat-bottomed.

Been to the local scrappy today in hunt of firewall grommets to little success. Poor selection of Hondas at my local! But i did get a few bits.

EK Wiring loom grommet, will be using this as the ONLY entry point of any wiring into the Bay, will be locating this using an existing hole at the bottom of the firewall behind the alternator.

And the MONEY shot...

Well received at JAE! Unfortunately i didn't have time to install the aero on the front end, so it didnt look as Aggressive as i would have liked. Mixture of hate (Mainly by Supra Owners...) Confusion, WTF and awesomeness. Managed to Borrow a Turbo just for the show just so peeps got an idea of what the build was about.
