After six years not being driven, my 4G has an MOT again.

Complication is, I have another car, an '03 Jazz that's on modified insurance due to the 16" Wolfrace it's now on, and better air filter.

I need to get a couple more things done to the 4G such as an immobiliser but it needs to be insured and taxed so I can drive it around to get things done.

The Jazz insurance started 14th July.

Anybody know if I can get the insurance on both cars into sync to put both on the same policy? Plus, is there a UK company that can give me fully comp for not too much more than one car? My reasoning is that I can only drive one car at a time, while the other is sitting on the driveway at zero risk.

Hope I can get a couple of ideas before I waste a load of time phoning around.

Regards,

Just ring the Co. you're with and ask for multi car policy.
Put older preferably woman driver as 2nd driver.
I don't know what you pay now but expect to a almost double it.
Or try classic car policy.

Admiral is who im with on a multicar policy, but you can expect it to double ish.

A car sat not being driven is not considered zero risk though as it has the risk of being vandalized, stolen etc.
