They are ball bearings so I was able to put them back together, competant mechanic should be able to. The VT bearings are about £80 each , don't know honda's price and they are tricky to locate as pattern ones, only listed in one catalogue. Any probs get back to me.

Had one break on our 4G race car so decided to replace all eight and yes had to take the hub out, expect the outer bearing race to come with it but can be refitted if you are careful.

Take the bearing along to a proper bearing stockist and by referencing the number etched on it they will be able to match it , I never use honda as they are about 3 times the price. Hope this helps.
