I have been checking the cct and Fuse Number 8 (10A) supplies the dash lights after the switch, so you can put your wire there mate. It shouldn't be a problem.

Here's the cct, hope it helps mate.

Just find the relay under the dashboard, which switches on with the headlights mate or you could find the wire 'illumination' which goes to the stereo.

Why don't you keep it and store it Its in fantastic condition and it would be a great shame to sell it.

I think in shows you find more euro hatches because they were more common especially hatches from the 80's and 90's, but now the japanese have a big influence in todays european market so the story is a bit different.

And 205's are not all but forgotten ? hehe
