Re: SiR-CUE's Black EF9 - 'I'm Back'
Looking very fresh Cue. I like it without the door decals, it's a very clean look, but I think if you were to get some silver decals, they wouldn't take away from the clean look, would be subtle and suit well.
You can always take them off if you don't like them![Thumbs Up :top:](./images/smilies/icon_thumright.gif)

What's the otal length of them and IIRc the length to the plate? You can calculate what RPM they were designed for to see if it'll match what you're trying to do. I assumed as much, but always better to ask in case things are over looked. I'll work something out when I've got them all in front of me. I've got a blox thermal gasket, I'd want to use it really.

Re: Matt's DA6 - High Comp b16a build - Homebrew ITB's
It would be a lot of work to cut and reweld T, they inlets are not straight, they're all off at an angle. The only place would be to cut them off at the flange and re angle them all.
Why not go for a thermal gasket Lee, just the space issue or did you mean otherwise?

Re: Matt's DA6 - High Comp b16a build - Homebrew ITB's
Trumpet tip to manifold flange is 350mm..
They'll be on a slight angle I'd imagine,( hopefully the angle of the inlet port) meaning diagonally there'll be more than 350mm, just. If they still don't fit, the trumpets can be shortened ever so slightly.
Unless anyone has other suggestions / input?

There's 350mm between the cylinder head and the insulation on the bulk head. I'll measure the bodies when they get here, or whenever the fella message me back regarding them, which ever is sooner.

Re: Matt's DA6 - High Comp b16a build - Homebrew ITB's
I thought they were very long too, but that's what length Bogg Brothers have worked out for it. They were previously on my mates Ek4, coupled with nothing more than an exhaust and 421, it would out pull dc2's. The trumpets were different then, and the inlet was unpainted. Those bits have been tidied...
