I know its sounds mad, try removing radiator cap while engine is running.

If your engine cuts of you've got zero compression! and It could be head gasket gone across two cylinders amoung other things like dropped valves etc

Only one I know of is spoon springs and there pricey!, 25mil supossed to be for optimum handling.

My Mk2 crx was 25 mil drop on 195/45 15, will chamber adjusted slightly, its was perfect!

What 25 mill lowering springs are available?
