Definitely should be an emissions test.

I've heard a lot of people's premiums have gone up - but mine went down by £20 this year.

The pod ctr guy is the other civic involved in the accident. I know the road concerned as well. Around the same time there was a fatality in Sheffield due to two people racing. Really doesn't give old Hondas a good name!

It will get written off IMO, sedans just aren't worth all that much.

At least they admitted fault though, so you'll get some cash back.

You could have got a replacement. However you paid, you still have statuatory rights. The person who served you may not have known that though.
