I've got a lot of time for other brands. In terms of old school stuff, I love old Fords Mk1 & 2 Escorts, Mk 1& 2 Fiestas and 3 door Cossies especially, Golfs are great, but not as reliable as you would think, E30, E21, E28 BMWs are all really cool too. I've got a soft spot for the 80's Corol...

ATR is a 4 door, not a 5 door

The Octavia VRS has 30bhp more than the equivilent 1.8T Golf. Stupid marketing from VAG there. So it's faster. Not a bad car either.

The wiring is wrong for a sedan.

The only car anywhere near close is the 4wd Shuttle.

Has anyone else noticed there's two different sets of flywheels/clutch kits for the d16a9
Three actually, 2 spline differences, 2 different sized clutches + 3 different clutches, and there are two different sized flywheels. Depends on the date of manufacture.

I dont know about the hubs being different but I would expect the DA6 to have same suspension as an EF.
Yup, it does have the same suspension as an EF

Nice to see my old wheels being used. They are made by a company called Flare, and they came into the country on a 1.5x Crx. BTW, the 'worst' one had already been partially paint stripped, that's why it looked so bad  They looked cool on my last white Crx, like mini ITR wheels. Look better pai...

The car looks mint in flesh wish mine was that low :D
I'm running gauze over them too, to stop large pieces of debris, but yes, in theory you are right. Mine's been fine for 2.5 years though.
