Hmm, it's difficult. As far as insurance is concerned, I have always declared swaps and anyone who doesn't is a twat. No excuse if you are just starting to now either, you should always have declared them. Declaring to the DVLA though, I do my own swaps, I'm more than capable and I don't always have...

also i would under seal them inside , as the black primer they used is crap
That stuff isn't primer, it's just there to stop surface rust while they have the panel on the shelf.

Civic VT and Crx VT bonnets are interchangable

Civic 16v and Crx 16v bonnets are interchangable, as Cosworth said.

We've managed to get some pretty low cars down there. You just have to be careful. I've driven Millsy's Volvo down there, and it rides pretty well considering it's on 18s.

Not surprised Tahir's car had trouble though!

id rather just bolt in CRX seats, they are better shaped and hold you better, and can be made to fit with minor mods.

i think the 88-89 seats had no writing on them?
No, the 88-89 seats had the writing too, there is a possibility some of the 1.5 special editions don't have the writing though.

i just fitted a rear arb to the sedan with top cusco strut and it handles amazing. i think it handles better then the 16 16 i had because of the added weight. I like your photography man zoomed shots ftw!! I prefer them without the arb, I've taken the one of the crx too. The shots are a result of p...

Tax is the same, H22s are cheap. BUT, they are heavy, and not as easy as a B swap.

The fleet

(For those on CRX Uk, I know this is on there too, but posting here for 4g interest - the sedan :D ) I realised I'd never really posted pics of my fleet, so here they are, after a bit of wheels swapping around. Crx (taken by Baldilocks at the Swansea meet) this has a B20 and a load of other bits and...

AFAIK it will fit a sedan, but it's too long for a hatch.

They will fit, but AFAIK won't work as they are saturated rather than peak and hold.

Aren't they 240cc anyway, same as the 4g ones?

Having a car with four doors and four side windows where you can't use two of them is dumb IMO. It's ghetto as hell and you'd be wrecking the car. But yes, you could just extend a hatch loom. Tanks are different, the lines won't fit the floorpan right and may be too short. Beevers panels claim to ha...
