Fake splits. Are lips replaceable in this instance?

Managed to lose the back end on a waterlogged roundabout. Amazingly only doing 20-25mph too. Overcorrected and wound up knocking the front on the 18 inch tall kerb :/ I guess it's a byproduct of running lips and stretched tyres? The lip took the full brunt, as opposed to a normal wheel/tyre combo wh...
