well little bit of a update not been able to do much as i had all my tools and stuff robbed not so long ago so been waiting for insurance money to buy new tools. Engine bay is done now just need to prime it this week end and got few more bits plus some wheels. Just need to get rid of my impreza now ...

well seems to be that time of the year where i do little bit on the civic engine bay is in its first lot of primer will leave it it a week or two before blocking it and re-priming it. Not done much else need to stop spending money on my other car and get the civic done this year lol http://i237.phot...

I aluminum brazed the AN fitting then ground it down to make it look a little neater and bit more stock looking

Most the welds are ground down now so little filler to tidy things up and hopefully get it in primer next weekend

Well bit of an update just finished all the welding in the engine bay just plenty of grinding away to do now and bit of filler. Just waiting on some drill bits to come so can drill all the holes in the firewall for my AN bulk head fittings, just need to keep on working on the civic instead of my mx5...

Yeah my solution is k series shifter with k series cables that get rid of the sloppy shifter lol. Plus means I don't have to cut out big hole for the h series shifter ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

Well when bought the mounts h2b had only just come out lol gears aren't lazy once final drive is changed. Pretty sure there close to a9 gearbox ratio or might be b series more of a weight thing and sloppy shifter with h series gearbox. Plus I like being able to shut my bonnet as with h2b I'd have to...

Yeah h22 gearbox but will be using k series cable shifter as I have a custom bracket from hybrid racing.

Done abit more today finally got some help, so after bit more grinding and moving things about got the gearbox mount tacked up. well finally started to pull my finger out and get engine swap done, its been complete pain to do on my own so haven't got much done today. Plenty of grinding away at the drivers side chassis leg to get gear box to fit hopefully be worth it in the end tho lol http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff185...

looks like its the sedan only need few bits and bobs, and then i can put the h22 in it. Is it worth breaking the hatch as theres not much left only doors, wings, bonnet and boot.
