You have done incredibly well Walshy! I knew you were the right person to sell to. It's crazy... up until a year before I sold it to you my mate was still using this as his daily! Will have to point him towards this thread as he won't believe it! Just about to PM you OT Ethan. Keep up the good work!...

Re: Help need on coilovers

As mentioned, cable ties are what most people use.

Make sure they are not strained and don't rub on anything. Come MOT time depending on the tester, they may have something to say about them not being secured, but as long as you can prove they aren't free to flap around you should be ok :top:

Re: Car alarm - Thatcham approved?

I have a Clifford G5 alarm which is about 4 years old now. When ever I've gone through insurance they haven't asked for proof, as its listed as a cat1 Thatcham approved. Try and find the ECU and it should tell you the model. Mine is fitted under the centre console by the handbrake, or could be in t...

Re: Car alarm - Thatcham approved?

You should have a certificate to say if its cat 1 or 2 as this will need to be sent to your insurance company as proof It was already on the car when i got it, pretty sure when i last looked through all the accompanying documents i got with the car there wasn't one there. I don't think you will get...
