I broke 2 ribs while snowboarding in the cairngorms. Took around 10 weeks for me to be able to get most of my movement back but prob about 16 weeks for me not to feel any pain or affects of moving.

Sleeping was the most uncomfortable thing.

i've had 7 of the ae92's, the later model non tvis model produces a few more horses and in my opinion has a much nicer interior. they are a bit heavier then an ef and if you lave standard suspension on they dont handle particularly well round corners, but wicked on the straights. hard to find a good...

traffics are 1 area i would consider moving into later on, besides you have to do your probationary period and 2 years on the beat before you sit a promotional paper to transfer to different departments as is ,my understanding!!!

thats a fantastic price!!! why are prices for work so expensive in scotland compared to down south??? cost me £180 to get my front bumper and bonnet done, and that was discounted because i know the guy!!

from your description of what work your getting done i'd defo say its worth it!! 8)

ok folks, looking for some help. picked up a new bonnet and front bumper to replace the buckled and broken ones on the car, they at the spray shop now, lookinmg for any advice and tips for when it comes to getting the old ones off and putting the replacement parts back on the car!! wanted to save on...

took delivery of the dual carb last night, already has some 15" alloys on but i love the fat fives so just thought i'd ask around and see what peeps opinions were on colour.
should i leave them as they are, paint them black or maybe white?

they'll be going on a rio red civic!! :)

hey guys, its been about a year since i last in an ef, now had 1.6vtec, 1.6 16i and the latest purchase is a 1.4 gl twin carb in milano red. needs 1 or 2 small things but all in all tis a good find, i'll post up some pictures and keep you guys informed. will be posting up for parts wanted very soon!...
