You should beat the Glanza or at very least match it. In stock form they arnt quick, especially to 60 as they have limited boost in 1st and 2nd (easy to rectify but most people won't have), then come 3rd / 4th gear the dinky CT9 turbo will be running out of steam and your revs will really show :wink:

A friends Mum has an ST, (incidently, also a Nurse), ticks all the right boxes for me. Its very comfortable and refined, handles fairely well and has a fair bit of go!

BH I'd say the Zetec S would be plenty adequate, unless she really likes to drive!
