Re: Project ECK20

Now that I looked at your picture again, Looks like you mounted thy cylinder vertically. This probably won't work, as I needed to hammer down the under dash metal, to get a bit more clearance. Shame you didn't say anything here, I would send you my measurements so you could copy my design. After i d...

Re: Project ECK20

Myne looked VERY sturdy until I mounted it inside, then seemed like it's made out of dry S*!t. I suggest brace it like I did, it should line up between the big hole for the cylinder and the bolt hole. And maybe make it out of 5mm steel. Mind you, I am using a OEM replacement Exedy clutch. Re: Project ECK20

How thick is that pedal box conversion plate? I am almost sure it will bend as hell. I used 3mm steel, with added support to where the clutch pedal is secured (which you don't have) and the bastard still bends! I will probably re-do it over the winter with 5mm steel. http://shrani.si/f/3z/6v/42qmYUc...

Good job!
You might get the feeling the forum is barely kicking, but please, keep up with the updates. :) I am checking it almost daily, I am sure there are many that do so too.

The subframe is not same, so you need to swap whole assembly (subframe+rack)

Re: Luke's Shuttle

I got a shitty non-original sunroof also on my Shuttle and it leaked. I waited for a sunny day and just shoved a bunch of sanitary silicone in there. Never leaked again.
